1. 於2022年4月11日晚上九時許，被告人伸手穿過窗戶開啟了其鄰居單位金屬大門的滑輪彈簧匙後，進入該單位搜掠。其時該單位的住客透過有提示功能的閉路電視設備，得知有人爆竊其居所而報警。事後確認被告人在該單位取走3,000元人民幣及現金港幣8,020元。
