1. We have before us three appeals which turn on the same questions. The first, which is Appeal No. 85, arises out of action No. 1045 of 1989 commenced by writ on 25th February. In that action the plaintiff, Bank of India, sued two parties, Murjani Industries (HK) Ltd, which it described as its customer and principal debtor, and secondly an individual, Mr M.B. Murjani.
