The Judgment dated 4 August 2021 is corrected as follows :-

Page 46, paragraph 9.2:-

“… Since the Zhangs have now failed totally in their appeal, there will be an order nisi that the costs of the appeal be paid by the Zhangs to the plaintiffs to be taxed on indemnity basis …”

should read as

“… Since the Zhangs have now failed totally in their appeal, there will be an order nisi that the costs of the appeal including the Summons filed on 1 June 2021 be paid by the Zhangs to the plaintiffs to be taxed on indemnity basis …”
