This is the 2 nd Respondent’s appeal against the judgment of Deputy District Judge Charles Wong dated 19 February 2021 (“ the Judgment ”), whereby the Judge found that the Applicant was an employee of both the 2 nd and 3 rd Respondents at the time of the accident, and awarded him employee’s compensation in the amount of HK$363,280.67 plus interest thereon.
