The Reasons for Decision dated 25 September 2023 is corrected as follows :-

1)  Paragraph 39, page 12, line H, the word “the” (before “long established”)  should be replaced with “then”

2)  Paragraph 55, page 18, line Q, the word “that” should be moved from before “accept” and put after that word

3)  Paragraph 55, page 19, line D, the word “of” should be inserted after “range”

4)  Paragraph 57, page 20, line C/D, the word “of” should be inserted after “time”

5)  Paragraph 58, page 20, line H, the word “stay” should be inserted after “automatically”

6)  Paragraph 60, page 20, line P, the word “it” should be inserted after “that”
