This court handed down judgment on 14 December 2022 ( [2022] HKCA 1853 ) dismissing the 1 st applicant’s application for an extension of time to appeal against an order of DHCJ Bruno Chan given on 2 September 2020 in which he refused to grant leave to the 1 st and 2 nd applicants to apply for judicial review in respect of their non‑refoulement claim. As noted in that judgment, the 1 st applicant has stated that only she intends to appeal.
