Please note the following corrigendum in the Judgment dated 1 December 2023: -

1.At page 58 between line P and Q, the words, “though principal and structured”, should read as “though principled and structured”;

2.At page 62 between line E and F, the words, “it would have to cover public collections”, should read as “it would have to cover public elections”;

3.At page 72 between line S and T the words, “the nature of the writing question”, should read as “the nature of the right in question”;

4.At page 75 between line D and E, the words, “with advancing a name”, should read as “with advancing an aim”;

5.At page 84 between line O and P, the words, on their own former majority”, should read as on their own form a majority”;
