Please note the following amendment in the Judgment dated 26 January 2024:

1.At page 1, between lines I and J, the name of the 1^st Defendant, “THE ESTATE OF SUM KAR FUN, DECEASED” should read “THE ESTATE OF SHUM KAR FUN, DECEASED”.

2.At page 2, between lines G and H, “…Ground Floor, No. 83 Baker Street, Hung Hom, Kowloon (the “2^nd Property”)…” should read “Ground Floor, No. 83 Baker Street, Hung Hom, Kowloon together with the lavatory in the yard which is marked in the colour green in the plan annexed to the Statement of Claim filed on 29 March 2023 (the “2^nd Property”)…”.

3.At page 10, between lines Q and R, “…Ground Floor, No. 83 Baker Street, Hung Hom, Kowloon…” should read “Ground Floor, No. 83 Baker Street, Hung Hom, Kowloon together with the lavatory in the yard which is marked in the colour green in the plan annexed to the Statement of Claim filed on 29 March 2023 …”.
