1. This is an application to strike out a winding-up petition (the “ Strike Out Application ”). The petition was presented by Chan Yat Fung (the “ Petitioner ”) on 24 May 2022 in respect of the 1 st Respondent, Ying Shing Design & Decoration Limited (the “ Company ”). The petition seeks the winding-up of the Company on the just and equitable ground under section 177(1)(f) of the Companies (Winding Up and Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance (Cap 32).
