The following corrections are issued in respect of the Judgment dated 29 February 2024 :-

1.  At Page 2, Paragraph 1:-

“…Deputy High Court Judge Bruno Chan (‘the Judge’)  refused to grant extension of time for leave to appeal for judicial review and dismissed the application on 3 April 2023…”

should read as

“…Deputy High Court Judge Bruno Chan (‘the Judge’)  refused to grant extension of time for leave to apply for judicial review and dismissed the application on 3 April 2023…”

2.  At Page 6, Paragraph 12:-

“…The deadline for the appeal was 18 December 2017. The applicant was over 13 months late when she filed her extension of time to appeal application on 13 February 2019…”

should read as

“…The deadline to apply for leave for judicial review was 18 December 2017. The applicant was over 13 months late when she filed her application for extension of time to apply for leave for judicial review on 13 February 2019…”
