1. The defendant has pleaded guilty to two charges. The 1 st charge is having custody or control of counterfeit currency notes, contrary to Section 100(1) of the Crimes Ordinance, Cap 200. The 2 nd charge is having custody or control of counterfeiting material and implement, contrary to Section 101(1) of the Crimes Ordinance, both offences being committed on 25 May 2019 at a location in Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon.
