There is before the Court a Notice of Application issued by the 2 nd Defendant (“D2”) on 1 December 2023 for a Letter of Request (“LOR”) to be issued by this Court to the Shanghai High People’s Court to enable copies of the documents listed in D2’s List of Documents dated 22 November 2023 (“D2 LOD”) to be transferred from the Mainland to Hong Kong for production to the Plaintiffs.
