Please note the following corrections in the Judgment handed down on 2 May 2024:

(1)  Page 10, paragraph 26, 1^st line, “Joint and Several Liquidators of Kwong Wah Holdings Ltd” should read “Joint and Several Liquidators of Kong Wah Holdings Ltd”

(2)  Page 17, paragraph 52, 1^st line, “in the Plaintiff’s expert evidence” should read “in the D2’s expert evidence”;

(3)  Page 29, paragraph 93, 5^th line, “the 31-day trial of this action is to take place in February 2026” should read “the 30-day trial of this action is to take place in March 2026”.
