This is the application of China Cinda (HK) Asset Management Co Limited (“Cinda”) for a validation order under section 182 of the Companies (Winding Up and Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance Cap 32 (“the Ordinance”) to allow it to dispose of 51% of the issued shares (“the 51% Shares”) in Aether Limited (“the Company”) without such disposal being rendered void. Cinda is the registered owner of the 51% Shares.
