Please note the following corrigendum in the Decision dated 25 April 2024: -

1.At page 41 between line F and G, the paragraph 17, “The Rectification Funds of $23,465,797.44 and interest thereon shall be distributed to the trustees in bankruptcy of the 1^st Defendant.”, should read as “The Rectification Funds shall be distributed as follows: (1) the sum of HK$19,087,319.83 and interest thereon shall be distributed to the trustees in bankruptcy of the 1^st Defendant; and (2) the sum of HK$4,000,000 and interest thereon shall be distributed to the 2^nd Defendant.”;
