D E C I S I O N
(Summary Assessment of Costs)

1.On 23 April 2024, this court handed down a Judgment dismissing the Respondent (“W”)’s appeal against Master’s Decision on ordering the parties to file their Form E. In the Judgment, costs were also ordered against W to be summarily assessed, of which I now do.

2.In his statement of costs, the Petitioner Husband (“H”) claims costs in the sum of HK$60,407 (including counsel fees of HK$40,000), but W objects and proposes a sum of HK$42,517.

3.After considering H’s statement of costs and W’s objections, I now summarily assess H’s costs at HK$60,000, payable by W forthwith.
