The applicant applies for leave to apply for judicial review of the Director’s decision dated 25 June 2019 (“the Director’s Decision”) and the Board, Decision dated 30 April 2019 of the Torture Claims Appeal Board/Non-refoulement Claims Petition Office (“the Board’s Decision”). Since he had appealed the Director’s Decision to the Board, his application for leave to apply for judicial review of the Director’s Decision has to be dismissed in limine. [1]
