J U D G M E N T

1. Although this appellant has previous convictions he must only be sentenced for the actual offence. He has also made efforts to lead a law abiding life. On the particular facts of this case, I think I am justified in making a reduction in the sentence. I reduce the sentence to 6 months imprisonment, from a starting point of 9 months.
