Please note the following amendment in the Judgment dated 21 August 2024:

1.At page 40, between lines D and E, after paragraph 93 sub-paragraph (3), the following paragraph should be added as paragraph 93 sub-paragraph (3A):

“(3A) A mandatory injunction that the defendants do within 30 days hereof remove the elevated flooring system and rebuild the water-proofing system in the big terrace and the small terrace.”
