1.On page 21, paragraph 49, footnote 12, “Leading Mr Thomas K W Wong.” should read as “Leading Mr Thomas W K Wong.”

2.On page 42, paragraph 110(2), “A declaration that the Road fulfils the requirements, or is within the meaning and scope of r 18A(3)(a)(i).” should read as “A declaration that the Road fulfils the requirements, or is within the meaning and scope of, r 18A(3)(a)(iv).”
