Please note the following corrigendum in the Reasons for Verdict delivered on 1st November 2024:-

The legal representation of D1 on the first page of the Reasons for Verdict “Mr Joe Chan, Mr Wong Sze Hei, Schweitzer and Mr Oscar Tam, instructed by O Tse & Co, for the 1st defendant” should be amended to “Mr Joe Chan and Mr Oscar Tam, instructed by O Tse & Co, for the 1st defendant”.
