2. 2023年6月25日上午9時許，一名鎖匠接到被告人的WhatsApp訊息，要求鎖匠到粉嶺中心E座11樓1室（下稱「1101室」）開鎖。鎖匠到達該單位外面，見到被告人，被告人表示自己遺失了鎖匙。
