Please note the following amendment in the Decision dated 15 November 2024:

1.At page 34, paragraph 45 should be deleted and replaced by:

“45. Based on the above, I make the following orders:

(1) Hope BBG Shipping Limited and Glory BBG Shipping Limited be added as the 10th and 11th Defendants respectively to this action.

(2) Ps do have leave to re-amend the Amended Writ of Summons and the Amended Statement of Claim.

(3) The Re-Amended Writ of Summons and Re-Amended Statement of Claim be filed and served within 14 days from 31 December 2024.

(4) The 1st, 5th 6th and 7th Defendants do have leave to make consequential amendments (if any) to their respective Amended Defence and to file and serve the Re-Amended Defence within 14 days thereafter.

(5) The Ps do have leave to make consequential amendments (if any) to their Reply and to file and serve the Amended Reply within 14 days thereafter.

(6) Costs of and occasioned by the amendments be to the 1st, 5th, 6th and 7th Defendants in any event, to be taxed, if not agreed.

(7) The remainder of the Joinder Summons is dismissed.”
