1. The Securities and Futures Commission (“ SFC ”) commenced these proceedings by a Petition dated 16 November 2020 under s.214 of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571) (“ SFO ”). The SFC seeks disqualification orders against all 3 respondents for their conduct of the business and affairs of Tech Pro Technology Development Limited (“ Company ”). This judgment concerns only the 2 nd Respondent.
