The applicant applies for leave to apply for judicial review of the Notice of Further Decision by the Director of Immigration dated 6 April 2017 on BOR 2 risk (“the Director’s 2 nd Decision”), which was superseded by the Torture Claims Appeal Board/Non-refoulement Claims Petition Office’s Decision dated 6 August 2019 (“the Board’s 2 nd Decision”) dismissing her appeal against the Director’s 2 nd Decision.
