Notice is hereby given that the following amendments be made to the Judgment dated 24 January 2025:-

1.Page 29, paragraph 39 (5), line P, “How D2 was apparently able to, after 14.3.2020 but prior to the PTR, pass a clean unannotated copy of the same document to P when on D2’s case the annotations should have been in existence since 14.3.2020 is regrettably suspicious and questionable.” should read “How P was apparently able to, after 14.3.2020 but prior to the PTR, pass a clean unannotated copy of the same document to D2 without D2 raising queries when on D2’s case the document and annotations should have been passed and in existence since 14.3.2020 is regrettably suspicious and questionable.”.
