This is the hearing of the Applicant’s summons filed on 6 November 2024 (“ Summons ”) under O 38 r 4A of the Rules of the District Court (Cap 336H) (“ RDC ”) for leave to adduce a supplemental expert report from single joint expert (“ SJE ”) Dr Kwok Kai Him Henry, specialist in respiratory medicine (“Dr Kwok”) , on certain issues stated in the SJE report dated 10 December 2023 (“ SJE Report ”) [B/76-121].
