Notice is hereby given that the following amendment be made to the Assessment of Compensation dated 25 February 2025:-

1.Paragraph 30 : the figures of "HK$19,700" and "HK$14,400" be amended to "HK$27,508" and "HK$22,208" respectively;

2.Paragraph 32 : the figures of "HK$19,700" and "HK$28,368" be amended to "HK$27,508" and "HK$39,612" respectively;

3.Paragraph 33 : the figures of "HK$19,700" and "HK220,114" be amended to "HK$27,508" and "HK$307,356" respectively;

4.Paragraph 36 : the figures of "$28,368, "$220,114", "$251,667" and "$242,567" be amended to "$39,612", "$307,356", $350,153" and "$341,053" respectively;

5.Paragraph 37(1)  : the figure of "HK$242,567" be amended to "HK$341,053" accordingly.
