Please note the following amendments to the Judgment dated 27 February 2025:

1. In paragraph 72 on page 30, the words “shall grant a s.18 declaration and” shall be deleted.

2. The second sentence of paragraph 73 on page 30 should read: “I hereby make an order nisi that costs of ancillary relief, including costs of the s.17 MPPO application as well as costs of this trial, as well as all costs previously reserved, to the Husband, with certificate for counsel, to be taxed under Legal Aid Regulations.”.
