This is the substantive hearing of an application made by the Plaintiff (“ Father ”) by Originating Summons filed on 19 February 2025 (“ the OS ”) under the Child Abduction and Custody Ordinance (Cap 512) (“ the Ordinance ”) and the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction, 1980 (“ the Convention ”) for the return of his two children (collectively “ the Children ”) to Thailand.
