By the judgment after trial handed down on 27 November 2024 (“the Judgment”), this court found for the plaintiff (“Leung”) and awarded him damages in the sum of HK$1,142,710 (on top of employees’ compensation) with interest. Upon that event, this court also made a nisi order that the defendants shall pay Leung’s costs (“the Nisi Costs Order”).
