This is the Applicant’s application by Form 86 filed on 12 September 2019 for leave to apply for judicial review (the “leave application”) of a decision of the Torture Claims Appeal Board / Non-Refoulement Claims Petition Office (the “Board”) dated 5 September 2019 (the “Decision”) and “a decision made on an unknown date but notice on of 31 December 2018”. He annexed a copy of the Board’s Decision and a copy of 125-page hearing bundle in his supporting affirmation.
