The Applicant is a 45-year-old national of Niger and also holds a Nigerian passport who last arrived in Hong Kong on 16 June 2016 as a visitor with permission to remain as such up to 30 June 2016 when he did not depart and instead overstayed, and was arrested by police on 10 August 2016.
