1. This is the appeal of the 1 st and 2 nd applicants against the decision of Deputy High Court Judge Bruno Chan given on 15 August 2024 refusing to grant them leave to apply for judicial review against the decision of the Torture Claims Appeal Board (‘the Board’) of 10 August 2023. The Board dismissed their appeal against the decision of the Director of Immigration (‘the Director’) of 25 June 2021 which refused their non-refoulement claims.
