On 11 December 2024, the same 2 Plaintiffs, Tang Sing Ki (鄧昇旗) and Tang Chak Mo ( 鄧澤 武) (together “ the OSPs ”) issued 5 Originating Summonses to commence these 5 sets of Miscellaneous Proceedings [1] (together “ the 5 OSes ”) under O 113 to recover the possession of the pieces of land in Yuen Long from unknown occupiers in 4, and a known occupier in one, of the 5 OSes as tabulated below :
