1. This is an appeal by the 1 st defendant against the decision of DHCJ Alan Kwong (“the Judge”) dated 3 February 2025 (“the Decision”), by which the Judge dismissed the 1 st defendant’s ex parte application made on 27 January 2025 for leave to commence contempt proceedings, and to apply for an order of committal, against Lee Ho Leung William (“Lee”) under O.41A r.9 and O.52 r.2 of the Rules of the High Court (Cap.4A) (“the Application”).
