The applicant applies for leave to apply for judicial review of the Decision dated 23 August 2019 of the Torture Claims Appeal Board dismissing the applicant’s appeal against the Director’s 2 nd Decision in relation to BOR 2 risk (“the Board’s 2 nd Decision”). The date of the Board’s 2 nd Decision is wrongly said to be 15 August 2019. Accordingly, it should be amended.
