Please note the following corrigendum in the Judgment dated 18 July 2025:-

1. In paragraph 72, lines D to E: “Ms Yip submits that the factors causing stress are all extant factors that will disappear or be alleviated in the near future” should read “Ms Yip submits that the factors causing stress are all extant factors that will not disappear or be alleviated in the near future”.

2. In paragraph 96, lines F to H: the last sentence should read “If the Mother has any queries about this, her queries can be passed by me as a Convention Network Judge in Hong Kong to one in Australia to dispel the queries.”
