The Applicant is a 38-year-old national of Thailand who last arrived in Hong Kong on 21 April 2018 as a visitor with permission to remain as such up to 21 May 2018 when she did not depart and instead overstayed, and was arrested by police more than 1 year later on 23 June 2019.
