1. The Plaintiff was employed by the 3rd Defendant as a labourer to work at the construction site at DD92, Lot 2502, Tsung Pak Long, Sheung Shui. On 24th December 1988, the Plaintiff while she was working on a platform fell 8 metres to the ground and sustained serious injuries. As a result, she is now a paraplegic. The site was a building construction site. The 4th Defendant was the owner of the building under construction.
