1. By a Form 86 filed on 29 July 2020 (the “Form 86”), the Applicant applied for leave to apply for judicial review against the decisions by the Torture Claims Appeal Board (the “TCAB”) dated 20 October 2016 and 15 February 2018 (the “1 st TCAB Decision” and the “2 nd TCAB Decision” respectively, and together the “TCAB Decisions”), which affirmed the decisions of the Director of Immigration (the “DOI”) dated 31 December 2014 and 2 March 2017.
