On this indictment the 2 nd accused has entered a plea of guilty to the 1 st charge of attempted theft of a bicycle and both defendants, both 1 st and 2 nd defendants, entered pleas of guilty to a 2 nd charge of burglary occurring on 27 May 2024 at a premises described as a warehouse in Castle Peak Road in Yuen Long where 40 metres of copper wire were stolen, the grand total value being about $40,000, I understand.
