1.This is the 2^nd Applicant seeks leave to appeal the order of this Court dated 28 August 2025 refusing his application for leave to apply for judicial review (the “leave application”) of the decision of the Torture Claims Appeal Board / Non-Refoulement Claims Petition Office.  Pursuant to the directions of this Court, he filed grounds of his intended appeal on 16 September 2025.  He is a minor and was only 5 days late.  Regardless of merits, extension of time until 4 pm on 14 November 2025 to appeal the order of this Court dated 28 August 2025 refusing his application for leave to apply for Judicial Review is granted.
