The plaintiff in each of the two actions below applied for an injunction to restrain the defendant from presenting or advertising any winding up petition against it based on the alleged debt in question.  Deputy High Court Judge Kent Yee dismissed their applications, and also refused leave to appeal.  The plaintiffs now apply to this court for leave to appeal.
