By a Form 86 filed on 14 August 2020 (the “Form 86”), the Applicant applied for leave to apply for judicial review against (i) the decision by the Torture Claims Appeal Board (the “TCAB”) dated 10 June 2020 (the “2 nd TCAB Decision”), which affirmed the decision of the Director of Immigration (the “DOI”) dated 21 April 2017; and (ii) the DOI’s decision dated 24 February 2016.
