1. On 13 October 2025, the applicant appeared before the Court and applied for withdrawal of the application for judicial review of the Board’s Decision dated 3 April 2023. He submitted that he wanted to return to Vietnam and he had no problem there. As such, the applicant’s application is devoid of merit.
