Notice is hereby given that the following amendment be made to the Decision on Costs dated 30 October 2025 pursuant to Order 20 rule 11 of the Rules of District Court (Cap 336H):-

Paragraph 31(3) should read as follows:-

“(3) The 1^st Plaintiff shall pay enhanced interest on the costs and disbursements incurred by the 1^st and 2^nd Defendants on an indemnity basis from 15 October 2021 up to 29 May 2025 at 3% per annum above judgment rate, and thereafter at judgment rate until full payment;”
