Please note the following amendment in the Assessment of Damages handed down on 24 October 2025:

The medical expenses awarded to the Plaintiff in the last line of paragraph 26 of page 8 be amended as: -

“The total sum under this head is therefore $2,950.00.”

The damages awarded to the Plaintiff in paragraph 28 of page 9 be amended as: -
