By Originating Summons filed on 15 July 2025 (the “ Originating Summons ”), the Plaintiff sought an order to vacate the Notice dated 4 December 2018 (the “ Notice ”) issued by Magistrate under section 145A(2) of the Crimes Ordinance (Cap. 200) and registered in the Land Registry by Memorial No. 18123100590010. The Defendant was the Land Registrar, and upon my directions given on 25 September 2025, the Prosecution Division of the Department of Justice was joined as an interested party.
