The applicant applies for leave to apply for judicial review of the Decision dated 22 January 2021 of the Torture Claims Appeal Board (“the Board’s Decision”), dismissing the appeal against the Director’s Decision as described below. He had put the wrong date of the Board’s Decision as 12 November 2020, which does not appear in the court’s file and will be rectified.
